YOUR TASKS
* You will design and implement a forward-thinking logistics and transport strategy for wind energy projects, setting new standards in a rapidly growing market
* As a strong and inspiring leader, you will shape a culture of excellence, ownership, and collaboration within your team
* You will oversee all logistics operations – from strategic route planning and permitting to coordination with internal and external stakeholders
* Your technical expertise in heavy transport will be key – especially in handling large components such as blades, nacelles, and towers
* You will work closely with project management, engineering, and procurement to ensure seamless, efficient, and safe execution
* Proactively identifying risks and ensuring compliance with legal and environmental regulations will be part of your daily routine
* You will manage the logistics budget, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement and innovation without compromising on quality or safety
YOUR PROFIL
* You hold a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a comparable field
* Solid professional background in logistics, preferably with proven leadership experience
* Your background includes expertise in transporting large-scale components – ideally within the renewable energy or wind sector
* You are well-versed in international transport regulations and the specific requirements of heavy haul logistics
* Strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a confident leadership style are among your strengths
* You are fluent in both German and English; additional languages are a plus
* You are solution-oriented, entrepreneurial in your mindset, and thrive in complex, fast-paced environments
