What you´ll do
* You will be the main contact for allconsumer-related research for the international marketing team"Dish", which is responsible for the global categories of handdishwashing detergents (e.g. Pril and Pur) and machine dishwashing detergents(Somat)
* Youwill partner and provide strategic advice to International Marketing ontheir consumer, category and brand knowledge tasks, long-term categoryplanning, brand building, product innovation launches, communicationdevelopment, pricing and assortment strategy and represent CMI in allmeetings with Marketing on your categories
* Youwill develop market research plans for the marketing teams and determinethe best research methodologies. You will be the gatekeeper for HenkelsConsumer Brand’s Golden Innovation rules
* Youwill initiate all market research studies for your categories and ensurethat they can be professionally managed by your tandem partner, the CMI Manager. This includesall consumer studies: innovation development from consumer insights tofinal product mix validation, post-launch evaluation and extensive brandand category baseline studies
* Youprovide marketing with category-specific analysis and cross-categorymeta-analysis to help them better understand relationships, deliverimproved test material and develop consumer relevant innovations
* Youpromote consumer centricity in the company with customized initiatives
What makes you a good fit
* Master'sdegree in economics, market research, psychology, sociology or similarfields
* Minimum5 years professional experience in market research, preferably for fast moving consumer goods (FMCGs)
* In-depth knowledge of qualitative andquantitative research methodologies required for everything from basicbrand and category studies to new product innovation (from discoveringconsumer needs to validating the final product mix before launch)
* Strong analytical skills and excellent projectmanagement skills
* Very good communication skills: Confident andwith very good consultative skills
* Verygood English language skills, German language skills are an advantage
