For our Data, Security and Identity business unit in the Advanced Intelligence tribe, we are looking for a full-time or part-time Data Scientist (m/f/d)in Karlsruhe or Munich, starting at 30 hours per week. Here, you will collaborate with your colleagues across locations and with diverse interfaces.
Tasks with perspectives
* You will drive Atruvia AG's strategic vision in the field of artificial intelligence by supporting the development and refinement of smart analytics solutions, thus helping to shape the future-oriented transformation.
* As part of a team, you will develop customized data science and AI solutions in Python – from proof of concept to operational machine learning models.
* Here you will work on exciting tasks in areas such as document and speech recognition or generative AI.
* You will be involved in the preparation and analysis of large (un)structured data sets and develop models in various development environments.
* You will be the contact person for AI for the Cooperative Financial Group and involve our customers in our agile approach.
* You will work in an agile, cross-functional environment and will always be up to date with the latest developments in the AI industry.
Personality with profile
* You have a degree in (business) informatics, mathematics, physics or comparable qualifications and have many years of professional experience.
* You are familiar with developing machine learning models and have good Python skills.
* You have fluent German skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
* You have experience in data preparation with Spark or similar frameworks.
* You want to develop AI solutions in an interdisciplinary work environment and enjoy sharing your expertise with team members.
* You have an independent, self-responsible, and team-oriented working style, which you apply within projects as well as in other cross-functional service and business areas.

Salary range and career level
The annual salary for this position is between €65,000 and €95,000 for a 38-hour week, depending on relevant experience and qualifications, and contributes to our career model as follows:
