We steward enterprise platforms—career websites, employer review channels, and job boards—and ensure they are used consistently, compliantly, and effectively across all divisions.Your tasksSupport the coordination of external job boards & talent platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, VONQ, Indeed; Kununu/Glassdoor rating management) by maintaining package inventories, partner overviews, and day to day operational trackers under guidanceAssist with intake and triage of divisional requests by checking feasibility against guidelines, budgets, and timelines, and documenting decisions as directedHelp maintain SLAs, compliance trackers, and process documentation; monitor delivery timelines and escalate deviations to the responsible specialist/managerContribute to reporting and data quality by updating Excel/Power BI views and preparing concise summaries/presentations for status meetings, while supporting simple process improvements (templates, checklists, FAQs)Your profileMinimum Bachelor Graduation in Business Administration (or a closely related business field) before October 1st, 2026Up to 3 years’ experience (internship/working student/entry level) in HR operations, recruiting coordination, vendor/platform management, reporting or administrative project supportFluent English (written and spoken).
