ERP Consultant (f/m/d)
To support our team we are searching for a ERP Consultant (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU DO
1. Providing in-house MS Dynamics Business Central consulting
2. Implementing new projects in close collaboration with ERP team and stakeholders
3. Working on solution proposal and functional design of stakeholder specific demands
4. Interpreting user requests and convert them to functional requirements
5. Organizing workshops and preparing project documentation
6. Analyzing existing business processes and recommending improvements
7. Performing functional test and ensuring the quality of product
8. Providing 2nd level support and focusing on user needs
9. Performing user training and preparing user training manuals
10. Working in international environment
11. Close collaboration with end users, IT department and ERP specialists
WHO YOU ARE
12. Degree in Business Informatics, Economics or other comparable qualification
13. At least 3 years of experience in working with MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central functional consultant
14. Experience in providing user support, working with upgrades and implementations
15. Good understanding of business processes (finance, sales, purchase, inventory, warehouse management)
16. Experience in project management and consulting role with a Microsoft Partner
17. Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple projects
18. Experience in working with agile environment, SCRUM, JIRA, Confluence
19. Service oriented with excellent problem solving skills
20. Ability to work in team and independently
21. Contributor to the team environment and a true team player
22. Good verbal and written communication skills in English, German is plus
