We are partnered with an internationally operating high-tech company in the life science seeking an experienced Head of Operations. The organisation develops and manufactures cutting edge precision-based instruments and is currently undergoing dynamic growth.
We are looking for a strong leadership personality to manage and further develop Supply Chain, Production, and operational processes.
Overall Operational Responsibility
* Full leadership responsibility for the Operations division across; Supply Chain, production, and device manufacturing
* Ensuring efficient, scalable, and reliable day-to-day operational activities
* Driving efficiency through LEAN principles and continuous improvement initiatives
* Definition, monitoring, and communication of relevant KPIs to support data-driven operational decisions
Supply Chain Management
* End-to-end responsibility for supply chain processes (procurement, production planning, warehousing, logistics)
* Development of supplier structures, framework agreements and international sourcing strategies
* Ensuring delivery reliability, quality standards, and cost optimisation
Production Management & Process Optimisation
* Leadership and further development of precision manufacturing and device production
* Expansion of automation and standardisation initiatives
* Implementation and continuous improvement of modern production and quality processes
Systems & Technology
* Responsibility for ERP-related operational processes
* Ensuring strong digital and system-level integration of operational workflows
* Further development of process transparency and data consistency across operations
Leadership & Organisational Development
* Direct leadership of department heads and operational teams
* Development of a stable, collaborative team culture across diverse qualification levels
* Close collaboration with executive management and cross-functional departments such as R&D, Commercial, and Finance
