Your responsibilities. You support the development and implementation of global brand strategies and initiatives. You contribute to the further development of our brand guidelines and strengthen our brand governance. You analyze market, competitor, and customer information, synthesize it into clear insights, and derive concrete recommendations for action. You support the tracking and evaluation of our brand performance and help derive clear implications from it. You work on international projects and closely collaborate with our Brand Marketing teams across markets. You identify trends and opportunities to further strengthen our brand positioning. You prepare decision-making materials for strategic questions and help structure complex topics in a clear and understandable way. Why we’re excited about you. Your profile. You have completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field. You bring initial practical experience in brand marketing, strategy, or consulting. You think in a structured and analytical way and are able to grasp and simplify complex topics clearly. You can synthesize information from different sources into clear insights and derive concrete recommendations from them. You have a strong interest in understanding how brands create impact and how they contribute to business success. You communicate confidently in English (German is a plus). You are curious, proactive, and enjoy contributing to a team. You are passionate about lifestyle or consumer brands; interest in retail or eyewear is a plus. We give our all. Your benefits.
