Now, we’re looking for you: a Marketing Expert – Consumer Refill Business (m/f/d) to support our Consumer Marketing team at HQ in Taunusstein. This role is a two-year parental leave cover and a unique chance to work at the very heart of our core business: our iconic refill filter cartridges.
✨ Your Mission
This isn’t just about strategy – it’s about making things happen. Together with the team lead, you’ll take ownership of operationalizing our consumer strategy and driving the success of our refill business. That means:
1. Bringing our product portfolio to life – from packaging design to certifications and market research.
2. Ensuring smooth portfolio management and profitability – analyzing, optimizing, phasing in and phasing out where needed.
3. Steering international product launches and promotions – planning, coordinating, and tracking success with local markets.
4. Spotting opportunities for process improvements and new trends, turning insights into action.
5. Acting as the go-to partner for product-related questions – across functions, regions, and international sales teams.
🚀 What You Bring
6. Experience in marketing and the marketing mix – ideally in FMCG or an international B2C environment.
7. A completed Master’s degree with a focus on Marketing or Commercial fields.
8. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
9. A proactive, hands-on mindset and the drive to make a real impact.
10. Fluent English; German skills (B2).
