Job Description Support the supervisor in managing daily operations of the delivery station. Lead and guide a team of associates, sorters, or drivers during your shift. Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely dispatch of deliveries. Assist with team briefings and ensure all staff follow safety and quality standards. Identify and report issues affecting performance or service quality. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment. Train new team members on basic station processes and best practices. Communicate with other teams (transport, customer service) as needed. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse environments. Hands‑on, reliable, and willing to take responsibility. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physical environment. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
