What you can expect
* You support the daily administration and maintenance of the HERO Learning / SuccessFactors LMS
* You assist internal teams in creating, reviewing, and proofreading learning and training materials
* You prepare, upload, and publish e-learning content within the LMS environment
* You collaborate with the C&P Analytics and Digital Experience teams to collect, analyze, and report learning KPIs
* You help manage EasyGenerator, STADA’s e-learning authoring tool
* You maintain learning content libraries and ensure all materials are accurate, consistent, and up to date
* You support system testing, troubleshooting activities, and continuous process improvements within the learning systems
Who we are looking for
* You are a registered student in the field of business administration, communications, human resources, or psychology
* You have initial work experience, preferably in the HR environment
* You enjoy communicating across different channels and with diverse target groups
* You demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, work independently, and like to implement your own ideas
* You are confident in using MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
* You are fluent in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage
