As Head of SEO, you will lead ourdynamic team of 5 full time employees and 4 working students, shaping and executing strategies that align with our business goals. You will take ownership of our SEO efforts across 25+ countries, driving innovation and ensuring our success in a competitive digital landscape.

Responsibilities
Take ownership of SEO efforts across 25+ countries and 3 platforms (desktop web, mobile web and app)
* Develop, monitor and report key SEO KPIs for transparency and success tracking
* Drive the development of internal SEO tools and the data warehouse using Google BigQuery
* Define and execute SEO strategies that align with business goals, ensuring the successful implementation of key features
* Lead of the SEO team, both disciplinary and professional, promoting professional growth and mentoring team members
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. development, content, marketing) to seamlessly integrate SEO into ongoing processes
Requirements
Proven experience in SEO leadership, ideally within the e-commerce sector
* Expertise in technical SEO fundamentals (e.g. client-server interactions, HTTP status codes, crawling, rendering, indexing processes, HTML, CSS)
* Proficient in the use of common SEO tools (e.g. Search Console, Audisto, Screaming Frog, Sistrix)
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
* Ability to break down complex strategies into actionable tasks
* Excellent communication skills to effectively drive SEO initiatives across stakeholders
* Motivation to stay updated on the latest SEO trends (e.g. Google Updates, SERP features)
* Professional-level English skills, both spoken and written, for efficient communication in our international working environment
