You collaborate closely with the Head of GCO Quality Management, engineering teams and project managers to strengthen quality and risk awareness across Global Customer Operations. Your day includes reviewing customer requirements, guiding teams in applying Critical to Quality (CTQ) methods, and supporting project execution in line with the Siemens Energy Project Excellence Guide. You evaluate risks and opportunities, drive continuous improvement in nonconformance management, and promote a strong quality mindset. Through coaching, discussions and focused working sessions, you help the organization enhance customer value orientation, systematic improvement and critical thinking.
How You’ll Make an Impact
7. Leadership, communication and support on all operational quality and risk management topics with strong process management focus
8. Promotion of a positive quality and safety culture in line with applicable standards and regulations
9. Management, coaching and individual development of Quality Managers in Projects
10. Ensuring customer‑focused quality management in engineering and project execution, including consistent nonconformance management
11. Ensuring customer‑focused requirements management including the application of Critical to Quality (CTQ) methods throughout the product development process
12. Coaching and training of employees in requirements, risk management methods and contribution to nuclear readiness
What You Bring
13. Completed master’s or diploma degree in engineering or industrial engineering
14. Several years of experience in engineering, project management, business excellence or quality management in the energy sector or similar industries
15. Knowledge of management system standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; Quality Manager in Projects (QMiP) certification as a plus
16. Skills in problem‑solving tools such as FMEA, Ishikawa and 5‑Why
17. Strong communication and intercultural competencies
18. High motivation, creativity, assertiveness, openness to change and a structured, analytical and solution‑oriented working style; fluent English
