We are seeking a Senior HR leader with 10-15 years of experience in strategic talent development to lead our global Talent Management programs. This includes designing and executing learning strategies using platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, and GoFluent, as well as fostering a strong company culture and boosting employee engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and developing international teams, with excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. They will be a strategic thinker with business acumen, able to link talent initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven ability to design and lead global Talent agendas at executive level
* Strong presence and credibility to influence and challenge senior leadership
* Strategic thinker with business acumen and ability to link talent initiatives to measurable business outcomes
