The Delivery Manager should be ready for short business trips across Europe from time to time. Required skills:
~4+ years of project management experience
~ German level C1 or fluent
~ Proven experience with the Automotive domain
~ Experience in managing projects of 30+ people
~ Strong technical background (software engineering or testing) with the ability to deeply understand the scope/priorities and engage in technical discussions with stakeholders and project teams
~ Daily presence in the Intellias delivery location (Ingolstadt)
~ Experience in staffing, project scheduling, risk and change management, effort estimating, software engineering practices, and improving team velocity
~ Strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies
~ Excellent communication and presentation skills
~ Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to establish solid working relationships with clients
~ Strong organizational and leadership skills
~ Self-motivated, multitasking, result-oriented a quick thinker-doer;
~ Advanced level of writing and verbal English.
