Job Description
We are seeking a new colleague for the role of Group Head of Strategic Accounts.
As a Group Head of Strategic Accounts, you will work closely with regional Business Information leaders to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for the Global Strategic Accounts teams worldwide.
Accountabilities
1. Ensure a scalable and repeatable Strategic Accounts sales process to support business growth in key markets globally.
2. Collaborate with regional teams to design organizational structures aligned with target markets and solutions.
3. Develop strategies to optimize go-to-market approaches for Strategic Accounts sales teams.
4. Identify and standardize best practices globally, from prospecting to closing deals.
5. Implement new ideas and approaches to drive Strategic Accounts growth.
6. Develop measures to minimize revenue risk and leakage in the Strategic Accounts segment.
7. Evaluate and improve touchpoint structures to enhance customer satisfaction.
8. Foster cultural alignment across diverse regions to ensure a cohesive approach to Strategic Accounts strategies.
9. Develop and communicate career paths to incentivize positive sales activities within the Strategic Accounts segment.
Qualifications
1. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams in a SaaS or Service B2B environment within the Strategic Accounts segment.
2. Experience leading a fast-paced, high-growth company and working comfortably in an ambiguous international and matrixed environment.
3. 10+ years of experience in a strategic role, ideally within information sales, credit insurance, fintech, marketplaces, or data organizations.
4. Excellent influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
6. Successful experience in implementing go-to-market strategies.
7. Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, or equivalent.
