Your Job:
1. Literature research and process understanding of higher alcohol synthesis
2. Catalyst preparation, characterization, and performance testing
3. Reaction parameter optimization (temperature, pressure, feed composition, etc.)
4. Product analysis (GC, MS, etc.) and interpretation of results
5. Data analysis and reporting of results
6. Thesis writing and presentation of findings
Your Profile:
7. Current Master’s student in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
8. Basic knowledge in catalysis, surface chemistry, or reaction engineering
9. Practical laboratory skills and interest in reaction mechanisms
10. Motivation to work in an interdisciplinary team
11. Very good command of written and spoken English (at least B2 level according to the CEFR: ), ideally supported by a certificate confirming the language level
