As a Senior Associate, Data Science at Publicis Sapient in the DACH region, you will play a pivotal role in our cutting-edge projects, focusing on customer intelligence, generative AI, language modeling, and personalization. Your Impact
* Contribute to developing and implementing machine learning models, ensuring a high level of technical depth and proficiency in Python
* Apply ML engineering skills to enhance the efficiency of deploying models and systems to production, ensuring technical excellence throughout the process
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing data-driven solutions
* Contribute to creating value propositions and client proposals, showcasing the tangible business impact of our data science solutions
* Innovation and Knowledge Sharing Enthusiastically participate in internal data and AI forums, sharing insights and contributing to the collective knowledge base
* Stay at the forefront of industry trends, ensuring our solutions remain innovative.
Qualifications
Your Skills & Experience
* Quantitative educational background, preferably in a field related to data science, e.g. Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar fields.
* a few years of full-time professional work experience in Data Science roles.
* Strong technical proficiency in machine learning, cloud technologies, SQL, and Python.
* Experience in collaborative development tools and practices, e.g. peer code reviews and version control (Git).
* Proven experience taking multiple data science models/systems into production.
* Attention to detail and excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills; ability to simplify complex analyses and make concrete recommendations.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* A demonstrated willingness to learn.
* Fluent in German (verbal and written, business environment, complex concepts) and English
Set yourself apart with
* ML engineering skills, demonstrating the ability to streamline model deployment and manage complex ML workflows.
* Previous consulting experience with a client-focused mindset.
