Your tasks
9. Installing/configuring and supporting hardware and software
10. Planning and installing IT devices and systems such as PCs, workstations, telecommunications systems, comparable devices, components and networks and associated software through to commissioning, taking into account operational standards, if necessary in coordination at the user's workplace
11. Planning and implementing user-specific solutions by providing existing application programs and modifying hardware and software (e.g. upgrades)
12. Adding and/or programming additional modules (e.g. macros, database queries) and integrating them into the program environment
13. Analyzing and resolving user problems as well as system and program errors, e.g. by advising users via the hotline, replacing modules and devices and adapting software
14. Involving internal/external IT departments in the event of problems that cannot be resolved by the users themselves
15. Advising on the selection and procurement of IT devices and standard programs/systems, taking into account operational standards and user-specific requirements
16. Providing users with functional training
Your profile
17. Successfully completed training in the IT sector (e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration)
18. At least 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
19. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP
20. Experience in the field of hardware and software
21. Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
