Job Requirements
* Sicherstellung eines stabilen IT‑Betriebs inkl. 1st/2nd‑Level‑Support
* Steuerung von Incident-, Problem- und Serviceprozessen
* Verantwortung für Verfügbarkeit, Datensicherheit und Backups
* Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der IT‑Infrastruktur (Server, Clients, Netzwerk, Security)
* Planung und Umsetzung von System‑Rollouts und Infrastrukturprojekten
* IT‑Asset‑ und Lifecycle‑Management
* Aufbau und Pflege von IT‑Dokumentation und Notfallkonzepten
* Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Dienstleistern

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT‑Umfeld
* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT‑Betrieb / IT‑Infrastruktur
* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Client‑Management und Netzwerken
* Erfahrung in IT‑Security, Backup‑ und Berechtigungskonzepten
* Strukturierte, serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
