We are urgently looking for an IT Administrator
(m/f/d) to join our team. As part of the IT team, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of server and client systems. In addition to your technical expertise, you will have an open, friendly, and communicative manner. You enjoy working independently, reliably, and autonomously, but are also able to fit in well with existing teams.
Your tasks will include in particular
* Administration, maintenance, and documentation of our IT infrastructure (Windows Server, Exchange Server, LAN, WLAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, firewall, backup)
* Technical support for employees
* Analysis and troubleshooting of technical problems
* Support/administration of TEAMS applications – telephony and video conferencing
* Management of user accounts and access rights
* Planning, development, and improvement of the IT infrastructure
What you bring to the table
* Training in the IT field or many years of professional experience
* Strong technical understanding, independent working style, high quality awareness, and strong service orientation
* Very good understanding of users' daily IT questions
* Knowledge of supporting VoIP telephone systems
* Team-oriented and proactive approach to work, as well as high resilience

There is an increased need for on-site presence, but working from home can be arranged by agreement. The place of work is at the office of the Tierschutzverein für Berlin e.V. (Animal Welfare Association for Berlin), Tierheim Berlin, Hausvaterweg 39,Berlin
