Your Responsibilities

You will be

in direct contact

with the clientele, both international and local, to provide legal advice that supports their projects and contributes to their success. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be a key aspect of your role.
Your daily responsibilities will include

drafting, reviewing, and negotiating

Profile and Career Path

You have at least

2 years of experience

as a banking and finance lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg. This experience is essential to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.
Fluency in

English

and either

French or German

is required to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
You have experience handling

transactional

or regulatory

banking and finance cases, equipping you with the knowledge to take on your future responsibilities confidently.
While you work well independently, you thrive as a

team player , which is vital for fostering strong collaboration with your colleagues.
