Join our journey into digital HR! As part of our Corporate Process Consulting team in IT, you will help drive and shape HR transformation. Your main focus will be on optimizing our SAP SuccessFactors landscape in talent management in collaboration with HR. Use your IT skills and enthusiasm for innovative HR processes to actively shape exciting projects. We look forward to your support — at our locations in Stuttgart, Munich, or Cologne.
1. Responsibility for the SuccessFactors Learning module and technical support of the external Learning Management System IMC.
2. Comprehensive understanding of the SuccessFactors platform and responsibility for other SuccessFactors talent modules and story reporting.
3. Continuous development of processes, system optimization, and enhancing employee experience in close collaboration with specialist departments.
4. Support in designing new, innovative solutions and their IT implementation.
5. Moderation of workshops, process design, and technical consulting in collaboration with software development, BI, and IT operations.
6. Management of external service providers.
7. Assistance in the further development and standardization of existing processes and structures within the team.
Requirements:
1. Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a comparable field.
2. Practical experience in leading IT projects, workshop moderation, and process design.
3. Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in modules Learning, P&G, Succession, and understanding of the underlying processes.
4. High IT affinity and strong interest in HR business processes.
5. Enjoy working with data and strong analytical skills.
6. Structured and goal-oriented working style.
7. Excellent German and English skills.
