Your Responsibilities In close collaboration with both marketing and sales functions, you develop and execute a global Trade & Shopper Marketing strategy aligned with brand and category priorities With a strong focus on scalability and relevance, you design global frameworks and guidelines that ensure consistent execution across channels and markets Based on shopper insights, performance data, and market trends, you steer campaign optimization and strengthen excellence at the point of sale In partnership with key retail customers, you contribute your expertise to integrated marketing initiatives and long-term growth plans As the global interface between headquarters and regional teams, you drive collaboration, best-practice sharing and continuous improvement What We Are Looking For Bringing a university degree in business administration, marketing or a related field Contributing significant experience in Trade & Shopper Marketing within an international retail or consumer-focused environment Demonstrating strong analytical skills that allow insights to be translated into clear, actionable strategies Showing an entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and a consistent focus on consumer and shopper needs Communicating confidently in English and German, collaborating effectively across cultures, and showing willingness to travel internationally
