Your tasks
1. Content Creation: Drive the quarterly process and plan for content creation, including developing template recipes for users with specific word counts based.
2. Localization Process: Drive and improve the localization process to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery. Prioritize key content localization by region on a monthly and quarterly basis within prescribed monthly budget and targeted SLAs â Service Level Agreements â with growth marketing.
3. Analysis and support: Drive the process for adoption and usage across the organization and with partners. Create metrics that show year over year and quarter over quarter adoption / growth. â¢Regional Review Process: Create and implement a regional review process for both online and offline assets that measure usage and freshness of content.
4. Print on Demand Centers: Set up centers of excellence by region and location of growth marketing managers to support print on demand.
5. Manage Tools: Utilize tools such as Quark with integrations into Salesforce PRM and other applications/tools.
6. Content and Localization Plans: Manage high-level plans and strategies for content creation and localization tailored for sales, partners, and product teams all within design and localization budgets.
Your profile
7. Education: Bachelorâs degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. A masterâs degree or other relevant certifications a benefit.
8. Language: Ability to speak 3+ languages: German, English, Spanish, French. Asian languages highly desired.
9. Content Creation/Localization: Proven experience in content creation and localization
10. Tools: Proficiency with tools such as Quark, WordsOnline, Pardot, Salesforce, and Salesforce PRM; other marketing automation and web tools a plus
11. Design: Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Video a plus.
12. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English language
