Job Description:
This role involves overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes, ensuring the smooth transition of employees within the organization. You will be responsible for creating career development paths, identifying high-potential employees, and coordinating talent management initiatives.
You will work closely with managers and employees to guide them through performance assessments, goal setting, and salary review processes. Additionally, you will act as a key point of contact for HR matters, conflict resolution, and workplace challenges.
* Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Identify recruitment needs, oversee the selection process, and participate in senior position recruitments.
* Employee Mobility: Manage internal mobility requests and ensure seamless transitions.
* Career Development & Talent Management: Develop career paths, identify high potential employees, and coordinate talent management initiatives.
* Performance Management: Guide managers and employees through performance assessments, goal setting, and salary reviews.
* HR Reporting: Deliver regular reports to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have a master's degree in human resources or equivalent, approximately 10-15 years of experience in a similar role. You must be fluent in both spoken and written English and French, and knowledge of German is an asset. Experience in talent management, recruitment, and performance management is essential, as well as strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
Proven ability to manage complex HR situations with rigor, discretion, and excellent communication skills is required.
