The trainee program spans 18 to 24 months, laying the foundation for your future career. Key aspects include:
* Responsibility for specific projects

* Learning opportunities through hands-on experience with products and processes
* Practical assignments abroad (up to 4 months)

Required Skills and Qualifications
We seek highly motivated individuals with above-average degrees in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or industrial engineering. Key qualifications include:
* Strong interest in technology and innovation
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, goal-oriented approach to work
* Interest in project management and product management
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
* Experience with MS Office and an affinity for IT applications
* Knowledge of SAP and Creo desirable but not required
* Willingness to travel worldwide
