We are looking for a Working Student to join our Accounting team and get real, hands-on experience in a full AP function — working with tools like DATEV and MOSS, owning meaningful processes from day one, and building practical knowledge of German accounting standards that will genuinely set you apart after graduation. Your Tasks Invoice Processing: Receive, verify, and allocate incoming invoices in line with German accounting and tax requirements — you'll quickly develop a sharp eye for compliance and accuracy Payment Operations: Support the preparation of payment batches via MOSS and help track approval workflows and payment schedules Cost Allocation & Documentation: Manage credit card receipts, assign costs to the correct accounts, and keep financial records clean and audit-ready Supplier Reconciliation: Communicate directly with suppliers to resolve billing discrepancies and keep account statements in order Your Profile You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field You have a genuine interest in accounting and finance — whether that shows up through your choice of coursework, a previous working student role, or a side project You are comfortable working in English day-to-day; German is a plus but not a blocker You are organized, detail-oriented, and someone who takes ownership of their work Familiarity with Excel, DATEV, MOSS, or any ERP system is a bonus — we're happy to bring the right person up to speed What We Offer Dynamic Environment : The opportunity to work in a start-up environment surrounded by a passionate and dedicated team.
