Overview
PM Group are seeking an experienced Electrical Package Owner to join an upcoming pharma construction project team in Germany.

Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the delivery of electrical packages from design development through construction, commissioning, and handover for a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
2. Oversee electrical design coordination, including power distribution systems, emergency power, UPS, and building services interfaces, ensuring alignment with project and operational requirements.
3. Manage contractor procurement, selection, and performance, ensuring high-quality electrical installations in compliance with project specifications and pharmaceutical standards.
4. Coordinate with process, automation, and multidiscipline teams to ensure electrical systems fully support manufacturing operations, cleanroom environments, and regulatory requirements.
5. Supervise installation of critical electrical infrastructure, including MV/LV distribution, standby generation, UPS systems, and cleanroom power systems.
6. Ensure full compliance with applicable electrical codes, EU directives, GMP requirements, and industry best practices throughout all project phases.
7. Manage package budget, schedule, and change control processes, maintaining a strong focus on cost, quality, and timely delivery.
8. Lead design reviews, technical submittal approvals, and coordination workshops with engineering, construction, and client teams.
9. Oversee electrical commissioning activities, including system energization, functional testing, and support to CQV (Commissioning, Qualification, Validation) activities.
10. Support system handover by ensuring all documentation, QA/QC records, and test certifications are complete and meet project and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
11. Experienced managing Electrical construction projects, preferably within pharmaceutical or process manufacturing industries
12. Strong knowledge of electrical regulations, EU safety standards, and pharmaceutical industry requirements for electrical and control systems
13. Experience with pharma facility qualification for electrical and instrumentation systems
14. Understanding of process control systems, automation technologies, and specialized electrical requirements for pharma manufacturing
15. Proven track record managing complex technical packages with multiple stakeholders and regulatory requirements
16. Bachelor's degree / diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related technical discipline
17. Advanced German and English language skills
