Finance Manager
We seek an experienced and skilled finance professional to join our team in a challenging role as Finance Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial processes, including accounting, cash flow management, financial analysis, and budgeting.
Main Responsibilities:
* Financial Control: Monitor and control all financial processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
* Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
* Budgeting and Planning: Develop, implement, and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards (HGB & IFRS), tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
* Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and evaluate the finance and accounting team to ensure high-quality performance and continuous improvement.
* Process Optimization: Identify and implement efficient financial processes and systems to improve productivity and reduce costs.
* Liquidity Management: Manage cash flows, optimize working capital, and support investment and financing decisions.
* Cost and Profitability Analysis: Conduct analyses to increase profitability and reduce costs.
* Business Relationship Management: Foster relationships with customers, suppliers, and financial institutions to drive business growth and development.
Requirements:
* Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
* Proficiency in HGB and IFRS accounting standards.
* Excellent knowledge of taxation, especially VAT and corporate tax.
* Experience in European tax laws and German accounting standards.
* At least 5 years of experience in accounting or financial controlling.
* International work experience is highly desirable.

* Proficient in digital tools, such as HR Works and ERP systems like DATEV.
* Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables.
