Job Description
How does your working day look like …
* You love hotels, people, numbers and a little bit of chaos that you confidently turn into magic? Perfect.
* As General Manager, you take full operational, strategic, and financial responsibility for our two 25hours Hotels in Frankfurt
* You lead your team with heart and ensure smooth operations, happy guests, and strong results
* You juggle budgets as confidently as guest requests, further develop our revenue and F&B concepts together with our restaurant partner, safeguard brand standards, and keep a cool head when it comes to forecasting
* You work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management to bring out the very best in the hotels
* At the same time, you represent the properties within Frankfurt’s hospitality scene, nurture partnerships, drive projects forward, and keep an eye on technical, quality, and legal matters
In short: You are a host, strategist, motivator, numbers expert, and networker all in one and making our hotels better every single day.
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your CV …
* You have successfully positioned and operationally led a hotel of comparable size
* You communicate confidently in both German and English
* You know the city like the back of your hand and always have a great insider tip to share
* You inspire people, recognize potential, and actively support your team’s development
* You take initiative, make decisions, and own them, even when things don’t go perfectly
* You bring not only experience and expertise, but also character and personality
