* Creation, processing, and monitoring of orders, quotations, contracts, and complaints
* Support for our international sales partners in countries without a local sales organization
* Monitoring delivery times, adherence to deadlines, and shipping processes, as well as handling returns and restocking
* Assistance to the field sales team with market reports, customer meetings, and internal meetings, e.g., through basket analyses
* Taking over possible substitutions for other clerks or special tasks assigned by the team leader
* Completed commercial training or comparable qualification in the export sector
* At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a technical environment
* Confident handling of ERP systems, ideally SAP
* Good command of English, both written and spoken
* Structured, team-oriented, and independent working style
* Work in an internationally xniyctf successful company with innovative products
* Varied tasks with room for creativity and development opportunities in the international CSC
