Lead Salesforce Architect

Location: Stuttgart (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to take ownership of a large-scale Salesforce ecosystem in an enterprise environment.

In this role, you will design and shape the overall Salesforce landscape, covering core platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. A key focus will be on building and improving customer and partner portals, ensuring they deliver strong user experience and business value.

You will work closely with business stakeholders across multiple departments, translating their needs into scalable solutions while guiding development teams and setting technical standards.

This position combines architecture, leadership, and strategic involvement, giving you the opportunity to influence both technology direction and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture and platform strategy
• Design solutions that support sales, service, and partner engagement
• Lead the development of customer and partner-facing portals
• Guide developers and ensure high standards across delivery
• Collaborate with business teams to align technology with business goals
• Oversee projects from initial concept through to implementation and optimization

Technical skills required:

• Salesforce: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud; Revenue Cloud knowledge strong advantage.
• Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), declarative automation.
• API based integrations, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices.
• Web application development (Java, front end technologies)
• Cloud platform exposure (AWS,Azure)
