Change Management Specialist
The BCM (Business Change Management) team plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless implementation of change initiatives within the organization. Their primary responsibility is to oversee system developments and change programs within Operations, driving continuous improvements to the platform.
* Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining budget and quality standards.
* Own and manage key strategic initiatives, collaborating closely with Senior Management.
* Guarantee that all projects/solutions align with the Standard Operating Model and meet Global operating Model objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough business process analyses to support solution definition and project implementations.
* Liaise with IT units regarding client functional developments, design, and implementation.
* Conduct operational readiness assessments, planning, and implementation.
* Identify and manage gaps, risks, and issues, and develop mitigation plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in business process analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder management is essential for this role. Additionally, strong communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
