Who we are
We are a medium-sized company with around 100 employees at two locations. Our IT is modern, hybrid (on-premise & cloud) and is managed by two specialists on site as well as external service providers.
We are currently looking for a new team member in IT as part of a succession plan - someone who wants to work with us long-term, takes responsibility, acts pragmatically and still thinks strategically. Above all: someone who is willing to lend a hand.
Your tasks - what you can expect from us
* Supporting the specialist departments in process optimization and integration of AI applications (e.g. automation, efficiency increase - no AI research, but concrete solutions for everyday life)
* Managing and collaborating with external IT service providers (you are the interface - professionally confident and communicative)
* First and second-level support for our employees (helping colleagues instead of turning away tickets)
* Administration of our hybrid infrastructure (on-premise & Azure Cloud) incl. Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Admin Center, Quest KACE, PRTG monitoring
* Collaboration in the further development of our IT systems and processes
Other topics you are probably familiar with:
* Network (Cisco, Ubiquiti)
* Server landscape (Windows & Linux)
* Backup (Veeam)
* IP telephony (Swyx)
* Project work, documentation, security and data protection
What you should bring with you
* Sound experience in system administration (incl. Windows, M365, AD, networks etc.)
* Knowledge of the Azure cloud environment and hybrid scenarios
* Interest in AI applications and practical experience
* Ability to explain technical concepts in an understandable way - you can take people with you
* Hands-on mentality - you are not afraid to solve problems yourself
* Desire for a long-term task with responsibility and creative freedom
