Join us as a Commodity Manager (f/m/d) and take the lead in strategic procurement for Machined Parts for Large Generators. You will develop and align a resilient Ecosystem strategy in collaboration with commodity circles, ensuring it aligns with Siemens Energy's global strategy and business objectives for Large Gas Turbines and Steam Turbines. By implementing a global Ecosystem strategy, you will support our business targets of Growth, Resilience, and Cost Out. Provide vision, strategy, and functional leadership to a global commodity team, embodying ownership, innovation, and transformation aligned with Siemens Energy's values.
Lead and develop your team in commodity management, contract negotiations, supplier relationship management, and strategy implementation, while negotiating global frame contracts and price lists.
A Bachelor's or Master's Degree, or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field, along with extensive experience in procurement, ideally within a global organization.
Strong commercial and technical understanding of procurement, project management, and international contract law.
Proven experience in functional leadership and project management.
Long-term experience in a multinational Procurement/Supply Chain function.
Fluent in both English and German.
