The Opportunity
As an SAP S/4HANA Transformation Consultant, you will support organisations throughout their ERP transformation journey, helping them successfully transition to SAP S/4HANA and modern cloud-based environments.
Working closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and SAP specialists, you will help define future-state operating models, optimise business processes, and deliver transformation strategies that create measurable business value.
You will contribute across key business domains including:
* Finance
* Supply Chain & Logistics
* Procurement & Sourcing
* Manufacturing & Operations
Key Responsibilities
* Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes from assessment through to deployment.
* Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to analyse current processes and define future-state solutions.
* Advise clients on ERP transformation roadmaps, migration strategies, and process optimisation initiatives.
* Support SAP Cloud ERP, Private Cloud, and hybrid transformation projects.
* Collaborate with technical and functional experts to ensure successful programme delivery.
* Build trusted relationships with customers and become a key advisor throughout transformation programmes.
* Stay at the forefront of SAP innovations, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
What We're Looking For
* Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Experience working within SAP environments and enterprise transformation programmes.
* Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformation, migration, or implementation projects.
* Understanding of business processes within Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, or Retail.
* Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into practical SAP solutions.
* Knowledge of SAP Cloud ERP, SAP RISE, SAP GROW, or Private Cloud environments is highly desirable.
* Relevant SAP certifications are advantageous.
* Fluent German and English language skills.
