Tasks
* Support in operational project management
* Maintaining project plans, roadmaps and backlogs (e.g. Planner)
* Scheduling and coordination management with internal departments
* Structuring and prioritizing requirements and use cases
* Participation in the preparation and execution of internal training courses on AI tools and use cases.
* Creation of learning nuggets and accompanying user guides for users:
* Support in building and further developing applications on the no-code/low-code platform
* Active participation in the implementation of use cases – even for more complex requirements.
* Configuration of workflows and dashboards, as well as testing of new features
Profile
* Enrolled student (e.g., business informatics, business administration, law, computer science, data science or similar)
* High organizational competence as well as a structured and reliable work ethic
* Interest in Generative AI and modern project management tools
* Initial experience with collaboration tools (e.g., M365, Teams, Planner)
* Affinity for digital tools; prior no-code/low-code experience is a plus.
* Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.
