You will serve as the central operational point of contact for organizational management and drive the execution of reorganizations for Global & Corporate Functions.You enjoy working hands-on with organizational data, feel comfortable navigating HR systems, and are motivated to deepen your expertise in HR technology. With a blend of analytical strength, curiosity, and a practical mindset, you ensure compliant, high-quality organizational changes in a complex global matrix environment.How You’ll Make an Impact
11. Serve as the central operational point of contact for Organizational Management (structure, data integrity, governance rules, tooling usage)
12. Maintain high‑quality organizational data and ensure adherence to governance across HR systems and planning cycles
13. Lead the operational execution of reorganizations for Global & Corporate Functions; implement approved changes in Org Planner and related HR tools
14. Drive end‑to‑end delivery: align scope and readiness, manage risks/dependencies, monitor progress, escalate issues, and ensure timely, compliant outcomes
15. Analyze organizational data to spot inconsistencies and optimization opportunities; evolve process and governance frameworks
16. Advance continuous improvement (workflows, documentation, data quality) and coordinate stakeholders/communications for org changes in a matrix environment
What You Bring
17. Study degree in Business Administration, HR Management or equivalent
18. High level of comfort working with data, including strong skills in Excel and data manipulation, with the ability to transform raw data into insights
19. Affinity for HR technology and motivation to learn new HR systems and tools quickly
20. A hands-on approach — you enjoy working in systems and managing data directly
21. Analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving ability with clear, confident communication and collaboration across diverse teams; curiosity, resilience, and continuous‑improvement mindset
22. Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
