We’re looking for a Senior Sales Representative for Workwear to help ISKO ramp up our sales activities in Germany.
As a senior sales representative, you’ll play a key role in growing our presence in the region ( client visits, generally at North Germany ) and building long-term relationships with new and existing partners. You’ll work independently while collaborating closely with a highly experienced team member who has been with ISKO for over a decade. We’re looking for someone who knows the workwear market, can manage their own time, and is eager to create success on their terms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in Germany.
* Act as the main point of contact for partners, stakeholders, and customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
* Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
* Represent ISKO at industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen our brand position.
* Collaborate with the international team to align local efforts with global strategies.
What We Expect from You:
* Passion for Workwear: You live and breathe workwear, with a strong understanding of the fabric, trends, and industry standards.
* Proven Industry Experience: You have experience in textiles, apparel & fashion, or workwear retail, with a solid professional network in Germany.
* Local Expertise: You’re a resident of Germany, with deep market knowledge and connections to key industry players.
