YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
1. You successfully execute data-driven strategic projects that lead to productive, efficient & profitable operations
2. You support our partners through in-depth business analysis and continuously monitor their performance, identifying potential areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
3. You support our franchise partners in optimizing on-site processes, developing SIXT Service Standards, and establishing efficient internal workflows
4. You analyze customer feedback and work closely with our Quality department to continuously enhance customer satisfaction within your region
5. You onboard new franchise partners and support our fast-paced expansion
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
6. Education You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or related field
7. Experience You have already gained some years of operations experience in the tourism or service industry with international presence preferred
8. Technical Proficiency You have superb account management skills, business development expertise and you can manage projects independently while driving plans to successful completion
9. Soft Skills You have strong organizational skills, can multi-task effectively, thrive in diverse teams, and exude confidence and excitement
10. Languages You excel in professional communication and are multilingual, you are fluent in English and German
11. Travel You are flexible and willing to travel domestically and internationally
