The Role
We’re hiring an early-career talent to support and grow Aware’s partnership ecosystem. This role combines project execution, relationship management, and strategic thinking — perfect for someone who’s curious, hands-on, and excited to operate at the heart of a fast-scaling healthtech brand.
You’ll work closely with the founding team to help manage and expand our relationships with brand partners (e.g. dm, ESN, affiliates) as well as our community of influencers, health care professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Your job is to keep the momentum high, the communication clear, and the relationships valuable — for Aware and for our ecosystem.
Your responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships
* Support execution of major brand & distribution partnerships (e.g. dm, ESN, gym networks, corporate wellness)
* Help coordinate campaign planning, rollout, performance tracking, and content alignment
* Assist with partner research, asset delivery, and relationship tracking
* Identify new partnership opportunities across verticals (e.g. fitness, supplements, diagnostics, B2B health)
Community (Influencers, HCPs, KOLs, customers)
* Help manage and grow our network of influencers and health professionals
* Coordinate activations (e.g. test campaigns, content co-creation, testimonial sourcing)
* Map high-affinity community members and build lightweight CRM tagging
* Work with content and marketing to elevate authentic community voice
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with the marketing, content, and leadership teams
* Ensure smooth operations across initiatives with multiple partners or creators
* Track campaign impact and community engagement KPIs
* Partner onboarding and outreach
Your profile
* Recent graduate or early-career talent (0–2 years work experience)
* First experience in business development, marketing, partnerships, or community-building
* Clear, fast communicator – written and verbal – in German and English (C1)
* Naturally organized, hands-on, and proactive
* Genuine interest in health, performance, diagnostics, or wellness
* Strong awareness of the influencer / longevity / HCP ecosystem is a plus
* Excited to grow into a hybrid role that blends business, operations, and relationship-building
