You will collaborate with your colleagues to drive the continuous improvement process, focusing on Lessons Learned and CAPA. By leveraging Siemens Energy-wide collaboration, you will help implement sustainable solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and foster innovation.How You’ll Make an Impact
4. Business specialist for all Lessons Learned management within SE GT SO, providing expertise on various problem-solving tools and techniques
5. Coach process owners to elevate problem-solving to a best-in-class level while coordinating sub-teams to gather and make learning experiences accessible for projects
6. Analyze learning experiences and corrective measures (RCA), supporting their documentation, implementation, and evaluating their maturity and value
7. Contribute to the evolution of IT systems, enhancing the end-user experience
8. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards
What You Bring
9. University degree or technical apprenticeship with long-term experience in a related field
10. Experience in conducting workshops effectively and a motivated attitude towards adapting to new technologies and structures
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office365,with strong communication and presentation skills in both English and German
12. A solid understanding of project quality from production through to customer satisfaction
13. Knowledge of quality management and problem-solving tools, professional experience in production, including multi-shift environments is a plus
14. Intercultural experience and a passion for working with diverse teams, demonstrating a self-organized approach in an intercultural setting
15. Willingness to travel worldwide as needed, supported by an existing internal network within Siemens Energy
