Your tasks in detail and priorities: Your tasks in detail and by priority: Ensure material flow: 100% on-time material provision for production, no production delays due to internal logistics, optimized storage and provision processes, physical delivery and pickup trips. → High performance: Precision at speed. Responsible for inventory and warehouse strategy: Transparent inventory structure, avoidance of overstock and bottlenecks, working capital optimization, physical sorting, packaging, goods receipt and dispatch → Accountability: Own your impact. Process stability and compliance: Clear documentation and traceability, compliance with quality and safety standards, structured goods receipt and shipping processes → Candor: Problems are made visible, not hidden. Establishing KPI transparency: Guaranteeing on-time delivery internally >98%, measurably increasing inventory turnover, minimizing error rates in goods receipt Increasing structure & efficiency: Layout optimization, identifying process automation, using ERP/WMS cleanly and disciplinedly → Relentless execution. Prepare logistics for growth: Scalable warehouse strategy, preparation for production ramp-up, supplier & transport partner optimization. → Play with purpose. Learn fast. YOUR PROFILE Ownership: You manage yourself independently, identify problems early on, and solve them. You work in a structured manner under pressure, think in terms of systems, and take responsibility for your results.
