Your responsibilities: As a team coordinator, you act as the central contact person for your area and take over the technical leadership of the team. You are responsible for staff scheduling as well as ensuring and optimising defined processes and standards. Your tasks include the creation and maintenance of existing work instructions and their updating in consultation with your team leader, as well as the implementation of team KPIs and the derivation of necessary measures from them. Furthermore, you train new employees and are also responsible for checking and maintaining cleanliness and order within your area of operation. You bring along: You have successfully completed your training as a warehouse logistics specialist, warehouse specialist or comparable training and have ideally already gained some management experience.
