About the Role To strengthen our dynamic team in Munich, Germany, we seek a highly motivated Embedded Software Engineer who will act as a key interface between our development team and our valued Japanese customers. What You Will Do Act as the primary technical interface to Japanese customers, facilitating effective and transparent communication. Support project planning, requirement clarification, and coordination activities with Japanese customers. Develop and maintain embedded automotive software in close collaboration with internal and external teams. Understand customer specifications and translate them into technical requirements for the development team. Contribute to project documentation and ensure compliance with internal and customer standards. Proactively identify, communicate, and help resolve issues that may affect project timelines or deliverables. Must-Have Skills & Experience Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a similar field. Fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken). 1-3 years of experience in software development, preferably in an embedded systems environment. Basic knowledge of embedded software development (e.g., Embedded C, basic microcontroller concepts). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with international customers. Highly motivated to learn, grow, and work collaboratively within a team environment. Effective communication skills with a focus on clarity and transparency. Beneficial Skills & Experience Experience in automotive embedded software projects (e.g., familiarity with Classic AUTOSAR, automotive communication protocols). Exposure to customer-facing roles, including project coordination or technical support. Understanding of embedded development workflows (Configuration, Compilation, Flashing, Debugging).
