This is a pivotal role at the intersection of science, medicine, regulation, and technology, driving the integration of novel AI biomarkers into clinical practice and shaping the full product portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Product Leadership Execute and refine product strategy, integrating AI biomarkers into clinical and pharmaceutical applications Lead prioritisation across multiple features through structured roadmaps, backlogs, and cross-functional coordination Ensure product documentation aligns with global regulatory standards for in-vitro diagnostics and digital health Clinical & Market Integration Design user experiences that translate complex biomarker data into actionable insights for oncologists and healthcare stakeholders Engage directly with clinical and industry partners to shape product direction and ensure strong market fit Drive initiatives to expand the intellectual property portfolio in collaboration with scientific and legal teams Cross-functional Collaboration Act as the bridge between science, engineering, regulatory, and commercial teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and impactful products Ensure alignment between business cases, clinical utility, and long-term company objectives Ideal Candidate 10 years of product leadership experience in oncology, diagnostics, or related healthcare sectors Background in medical oncology, molecular biology, or related field, with strong knowledge of clinical workflows Proven ability to lead product development across regulated healthcare environments (CE-IVDR, FDA, HIPAA, GDPR) Familiarity with AI applications in oncology and diagnostics Strong track record working cross-functionally across science, technology, and regulatory teams Excellent communicator with leadership skills and ability to influence at senior levels Fluent in English Requirements Experience with hospital or lab software infrastructures Exposure to pharmaceutical R&D product environments
