They are seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Regional Vice President Sales, EMEA. This high-impact role reports directly to the Global SVP of Sales and holds full P&L responsibility for the region, which currently accounts for more than 50% of the group’s total revenue.
This is a mission-critical role requiring a proven sales executive with a deep understanding of European industrial markets, particularly the operational nuances of mid-sized and family-run enterprises in the DACH region.
The role may be based anywhere in Europe, with a preference for Central European locations (Germany preferred for strategic proximity).
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse sales team across 20 countries in Europe, as well as managing indirect business via distribution and partner networks in the Middle East and Africa.
• Develop and execute tailored go-to-market strategies aligned with global business goals while reflecting local market dynamics and customer expectations.
• Drive accountability, performance management, and talent development across varied maturity levels of local teams.
• Ensure accurate pipeline forecasting, consistent sales performance, and achievement of ambitious growth targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with key departments such as Product, Operations, Finance, and HR to deliver scalable and customer-centric solutions.
• Serve as a key strategic advisor to the global executive leadership on market trends, regional opportunities, and business development strategy.

• 15+ years’ experience in international sales leadership within the industrial automation, electronics, or manufacturing technology sectors.
• Proven track record in leading complex, multicultural sales organisations within matrix structures.
• Deep understanding of key verticals, particularly the automotive sector. • Strategic mindset, commercially agile, and operationally hands-on.
• Experience working within or alongside German Mittelstand companies is essential; German language skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
• Exposure to American corporate environments and global sales models is an asset.
• Educational background in business, engineering, or relevant disciplines; an MBA is advantageous.
