Fujitsu is a world-wide leading technology company with operations in countries including the United Kingdom, Germany and several other European countries. Fujitsu Germany GmbH (“FG”) is seeking a Compliance Specialist, Europe to implement corporate compliance program in coordination with other Fujitsu group companies within Europe. The position will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing and implementing the Fujitsu's corporate compliance program, conducting corporate investigations, primarily for Fujitsu group companies in Europe. The main areas of compliance coverage are anti-bribery/corruption, antitrust and export controls. The role will report to the Head of Compliance, Europe or its then equivalent and will collaborate with Fujitsu's compliance professionals in other regions as well as with other cross-functional stakeholders to advise company leadership on compliance risk management.
