A successful Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for driving strategic human capital initiatives across the organization. This key role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in talent management, recruitment, and performance management.
* Talent Acquisition: Identify and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring the organization's workforce is equipped to drive business success.
* Employee Mobility: Develop and implement internal mobility programs to enhance career development and employee engagement.
* Career Development: Create and execute career development plans to identify and nurture high-potential employees.
* Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to set goals, provide coaching, and conduct performance evaluations.
Key Requirements:
* Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent;
* 10-15 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a service provider;
* Fluency in English and French; knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish is an asset;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
