Overview
As an intern for Marketing, you'll be the heartbeat of our events and merchandise coordination. You'll passionately support, organize, and coordinate top-tier happenings like trade shows and exhibitions that spotlight SRAM's innovative products and brand. Responsibilities
* Booking coordination for hotels, events, and meeting rooms
* Supporting the marketing team in communications planning for events
* Organizing logistics for event shipping
* Scheduling and coordinating event team tasks on-site
* Helping source assets like tents, displays, and equipment
* Promoting development, production, and inventory management of merchandise
* Accurate expense tracking according to budget
* Negotiating with suppliers for pricing, delivery terms, and timelines
* Additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
* Enrolled at a German University or College in Business Administration, Marketing, comparable program or apprenticeship
* Secondary school completion (e.g. Abitur or equivalent)
* Valid driver's license required and must be maintained
* Confident use of MS Office
* Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail
* Well-developed problem-solving abilities
* SAP knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Fluent in English (spoken and written) - German is a plus
* Willingness to travel is required
* Ability to lift up to 25 kg (50 lbs)
* Ability to stand for extended periods at events
