Overview
As an intern for Marketing, you’ll be the heartbeat of our events and merchandise coordination. You’ll passionately support, organize, and coordinate top-tier happenings like trade shows and exhibitions that spotlight SRAM’s innovative products and brand. Responsibilities
1. Booking coordination for hotels, events, and meeting rooms
2. Supporting the marketing team in communications planning for events
3. Organizing logistics for event shipping
4. Scheduling and coordinating event team tasks on-site
5. Helping source assets like tents, displays, and equipment
6. Promoting development, production, and inventory management of merchandise
7. Accurate expense tracking according to budget
8. Negotiating with suppliers for pricing, delivery terms, and timelines
9. Additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
10. Enrolled at a German University or College in Business Administration, Marketing, comparable program or apprenticeship
11. Secondary school completion (e.g. Abitur or equivalent)
12. Valid driver’s license required and must be maintained
13. Confident use of MS Office
14. Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail
15. Well-developed problem-solving abilities
16. SAP knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
17. Strong problem-solving skills
18. Fluent in English (spoken and written) - German is a plus
19. Willingness to travel is required
20. Ability to lift up to 25 kg (50 lbs)
21. Ability to stand for extended periods at events
